303 Salt Capital, an Africa focused private equity firm with a core focus on the Southern Africa Development Community (SADC), has with the partnership of one of its largest LPs, South Suez Capital, completed the acquisition of Welwitschia Hospital, ERAD Radiology, and Spescare Namibia. Salt Capital has since inception considered Namibia as a priority market and has to date built an established track record in the country.
