261 Development Partners International, an investment firm focused on Africa, has announced that ADP II Holding 7 L.P (ADP II), one of the investment vehicles of African Development Partners II, DPI’s second flagship fund, sold its 20.17% stake in Atlantic Business International (ABI) to Banque Centrale Populaire Group (BCP).
