The Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund (EAIF) alongside the African Development Bank (AfDB), and Proparco have acted as senior lenders to the 34MW Djermaya Solar project in Chad, committing €18m, €9.3m and €9.3m of senior debt to the project respectively.
