676 African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM) has led an investment consortium comprising STOA, an impact fund in infrastructure and energy dedicated to developing and emerging markets, and Thebe Investment Corporation, to acquire Octotel, a South African fibre network operator, from Actis, a global investor in sustainable infrastructure.
