591 Adventis, a specialist investment company focusing on the African continent, has launched two investment vehicles - the Africa Enhanced Income Fund and the Africa Equity Fund.   Adventis has agreed to purchase Africa Merchant Capital’s investment management business, which manages the Africa Merchant Sub-Sahara Fund.
