Prior to joining Renaissance Capital, he was Head of Execution at African Alliance Group (South Africa), managing a team of 12 equity and two fixed income sales traders across Africa.

George said: “We are delighted to welcome Arnold to our already well-established trading team in London to support Renaissance Capital’s Sub-Saharan Africa offering.”
“Arnold’s unique experience in equities across the emerging and frontier Africa will allow him to make a strong contribution to our work. Despite the recent turbulent market environment, Sub-Saharan Africa remains key for Renaissance Capital, and hence we are committed to strengthening our capabilities in the region,” he said.
