Mishcon de Reya has expanded its offering to investors to cover a diverse range of investment strategies and markets, with the appointment of Angeli Arora as Partner.

Arora joins Mishcon de Reya from Dentons, where she was Head of Private Equity and Investment Funds (Africa).

Prior to that she was a Corporate Partner at Akin Gump.

Arora advises on a wide range of investment strategies around the world, including Asia and Africa, where she spent several years. 

Arora's practice spans the investment spectrum – from special situations transactions, including activist/litigation strategies (a natural expansion of Mishcon’s market-leading litigation practice), to working with impact investors (a key focus for Mishcon Purpose).

Arora's significant experience is a valuable addition to Mishcon Private Equity's private capital practice, investment strategy expertise and founder and management advisory work. 

Her experience in international markets will also strengthen Mishcon's international offering and generate further opportunities for the Firm.
