Mergence Investment Managers has appointed Nandipha Kenqa as Risk Manager: Unlisted Investments and Ntsiki Ndzima as Business Development Manager.

Kenqa (pictured) joined Mergence in June 2017 as a risk manager in the Unlisted Investments team.

She qualified as a CA(SA) in 2013 and has passed the CFA Level I exam.

She has worked as an external and internal investments auditor, as well as a trainee analyst.

Nandipha obtained a BCom in Financial Accounting in 2008 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting in 2009 from UCT.

She was included on the Dean’s Merit List and was also awarded “The most versatile third-year BCom student” by PwC.

Ndzima joined the Mergence Business Development team in July 2017.

Previously she was with Mergence Commodity Finance (formerly Riparian) which she joined in August 2014 in the capacity of accountant, and before that with Grant Thornton.

She is finalising a BCompt Accounting through UNISA.

"Mergence Investment Managers has been on a rapid growth trajectory and we have made several new hires across Listed and Unlisted Investments. We now have a suite of seven unlisted funds, meriting the appointment of a stand-alone risk analyst for Unlisted,” Masimo a Badimo Magerman, Mergence MD, told Africa Global Funds.
