South African law firm Webber Wentzel has announced that Brian Dennehy will be re-joining its Tax Practice at the beginning of next year.
Dennehy specialises in M&A tax advisory, corporate restructurings, empowerment transactions, the design and implementation of management incentive schemes, and general corporate tax.
He has advised prominent South African and foreign corporate entities on numerous corporate transactions.

Dennehy is a chartered accountant CA (SA) and holds BComm and BAcc degrees as well as a Higher Diploma in Company Law (cum laude) from the University of the Witwatersrand; a post-graduate Certificate in Advanced Taxation from the University of South Africa; and a post-graduate Certificate in Capital Gains Tax from the University of Pretoria.
He has been recognised as a leading tax adviser by a variety of credible international ratings organisations including the Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
