Krypton Fund Services, an independent premium service fund administrator founded in 2018, has announced key additions to its senior management team and the opening of a secondary office in Mauritius.

Barry Mah, CPA, CA, CFA will be joining the Company as a Managing Director and will be responsible for the development of Krypton’s global service operating model including the development of ILS administration services planned for 2020.
Mah has over 24 years of industry experience having worked with Price Waterhouse, HSBC Global Fund Services , Prime Management Limited and SS&C GlobeOp in Bermuda.
Gregg Edkins, CFA has joined the Company in Bermuda as a Manager and will be responsible for the Bermuda office. Gregg has over 15 years of experience in the fund administration industry across multiple jurisdictions including Bermuda, Tokyo and Hong Kong with Bisys Hedge Fund Services and MUFG.
Elizabeth Adderley has also joined the Bermuda office and will be responsible for the Company’s regulatory services.
Adderley previously worked for Apex Fund Services, Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services (Bermuda) and Bisys Hedge Fund Services.
Jyna Heinicke joins the global team and will lead up the global investor services team.
Heinicke has over 10 years of experience with firms such as Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services (Bermuda), Bisys Hedge Fund
Services in Bermuda and CI Mutual Funds in Canada.
Krypton is in the process of opening its second office located in Mauritius, with Ishtiyaak Rajubally joining the Company and is responsible for developing the service platform in Mauritius to service clients targeting India and Africa investment strategies.
Rajubally previously worked for Sanlam Trustees International, Equinoxe Alternative Investment Services (Mauritius), Cim Fund Services and Apex Fund Services (Mauritius).

At the end of Q3 2019, Krypton’s assets under administration have surpassed $2.0bn.
